1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using VisuCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

VisuCraft is an iOS app that turns a photo of a physical DIY, repair, or assembly project into a step-by-step visual guide. It generates annotated steps, an IKEA-style parts breakdown, a printable PDF manual, an AI Mechanic for questions and edits, and photo-based Step Check-In. To produce this content, photos and short text you submit are sent to our backend service and to our AI provider for analysis.

3. AI-Generated Guidance — Use Your Judgment

Important: VisuCraft's guides, safety notes, and Step Check-In verdicts are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are informational aids, not professional advice. Do not rely on VisuCraft for tasks involving electrical, gas, structural, automotive-safety, or other hazardous work where a mistake could cause injury or damage — consult a qualified professional. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety codes, and use your own judgment before acting on any step. You are solely responsible for the work you perform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only
  • Submit only photos and content you own or are authorized to use
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, disrupt, or abuse the app or its backend service

5. Subscriptions and Payments

VisuCraft is free to download and includes a limited number of free guide generations. VisuCraft Pro unlocks unlimited guide generations, Step Check-In photo verification, and unlimited AI Mechanic use, and is offered as an auto-renewing monthly subscription.

Subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

6. Privacy

VisuCraft sends the photos and text you submit to our backend and AI provider to generate your guide, and stores generated guides locally on your device. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of VisuCraft are owned by Virtus Opus and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Guides generated from your photos are yours to use for your own projects.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VisuCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated guides will be accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for your specific project, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtus Opus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including personal injury, property damage, or loss arising from reliance on AI-generated guidance — resulting from your use of the app. You use VisuCraft's guidance at your own risk and are responsible for the work you perform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any feature, at any time. These terms remain in effect while you use the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
