1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using OpusCam, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

OpusCam is an on-device photo-management app for iOS. It helps you find and delete clutter (such as screenshots, blurry photos, duplicates, and large videos), scan documents to PDF, capture private notes, and save parking locations. All photo analysis runs locally on your device.

3. Deleting Photos — Your Responsibility

Important: OpusCam deletes photos and videos that you select or confirm. AI suggestions are a starting point, not a guarantee. Always review items before deleting. Deletions are performed through Apple Photos and moved to your "Recently Deleted" album, where iOS retains them for a limited time before permanent removal. You are responsible for the items you choose to delete.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only
  • Use it only on photo libraries and content you own or are authorized to manage
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, tamper with, or disrupt the app

5. Subscriptions and Payments

OpusCam is free to download with core features available at no cost. OpusCam Pro unlocks Magic Cleanup, the Duplicate Finder, Large Video cleanup, and unlimited scans, and is offered as:

  • Monthly — $2.99 USD per month (auto-renewing)
  • Annual — $11.99 USD per year (auto-renewing, includes a free trial)
  • Lifetime — $24.99 USD one-time purchase

Subscriptions are sold through Apple's In-App Purchase and billed to your Apple ID. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID settings; the lifetime option is a single payment with no renewal. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

6. Privacy

OpusCam processes your photos on-device and does not upload them. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on permissions and data handling.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of OpusCam are owned by Virtus Opus and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OpusCam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep detection and suggestions accurate, we do not guarantee that the app will identify every duplicate or item of clutter, or that it will never flag a photo you would prefer to keep. You should review suggestions before deleting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtus Opus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of photos or data — arising from your use of the app. Deletion of photos is performed at your direction.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the app, or any feature, at any time. These terms remain in effect while you use the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
