1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Presente, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Presente is a voice AI companion app designed to support mindful living through structured wellness pathways, daily Solo Challenges, JOMO practices, and Stoic wisdom. Sol provides voice conversations, emotional support, progress tracking, and personalized guidance.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Use the app for lawful purposes only
  • Not use the crisis resources as a substitute for emergency services
  • Respect the community guidelines
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the AI systems

5. Subscription and Payments

Presente offers both free and premium subscription tiers. All subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Presente and Sol are wellness companions, NOT medical professionals. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Sol is not a replacement for professional therapy or medical care. No doctor-patient relationship is created through use of this app.

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency:

7. Crisis Resources

The app provides access to crisis hotlines and resources. Sol may detect concerning language and provide crisis resource information. These resources are for immediate support and do not replace professional mental health care.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Presente are owned by Virtus Opus and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including voice data processing.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Presente is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While Sol uses evidence-based techniques (CBT/DBT), we do not guarantee specific wellness outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Virtus Opus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Presente immediately for any reason, including breach of these terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or email.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
