These Terms of Use govern access to and use of FaceScanAI, an AI-powered face analysis and grooming guidance product created by Virtus Opus. By using the product, you agree to these terms.
FaceScanAI is intended to provide style, grooming, skincare, and self-improvement guidance based on user-submitted images and related inputs. It is a consumer app, not a medical or therapeutic service.
Outputs are for informational and lifestyle purposes only. FaceScanAI does not diagnose medical conditions, skin disorders, mental health conditions, or any other professional category requiring licensed advice.
By uploading or capturing an image in FaceScanAI, you authorize us to process that image for the purpose of generating analysis results, recommendations, and supported visual previews.
You represent that you have the right to upload and use any image submitted through the product, and that doing so does not violate the rights of any other person.
FaceScanAI does not use uploaded face images to identify who you are, does not perform face recognition, and does not create biometric templates for identity verification.
Recommendations, previews, scores, and analysis results are generated by software systems and may be incomplete, subjective, or imperfect. They should be treated as guidance only, not guaranteed outcomes, professional advice, or statements of fact.
Certain features of FaceScanAI may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through Apple's in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple's applicable terms and billing policies.
We may use third-party subscription infrastructure, including RevenueCat, to validate purchase status and manage entitlement access inside the app.
FaceScanAI may rely on third-party service providers reasonably necessary to operate the product, including providers for AI inference, app distribution, hosting, subscription management, and related infrastructure.
By using features that require image analysis or preview generation, you acknowledge that submitted images and related inputs may be processed by third-party AI service providers as necessary to generate the requested result.
Unless otherwise stated, the FaceScanAI product design, branding, interface concepts, and related materials are owned by Virtus Opus. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or republish the product without permission.
Because FaceScanAI may be presented as a live product, private demo, or portfolio showcase depending on distribution status, features and availability may change at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtus Opus and FaceScanAI are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the product, including dissatisfaction with recommendations or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user is misusing the product, violating these Terms, or creating legal or security risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
