FaceScanAI is intended to provide style, grooming, skincare, and self-improvement guidance based on user-submitted images and related inputs. It is a consumer product and portfolio showcase, not a medical or therapeutic service.
Outputs are for informational and lifestyle purposes only. FaceScanAI does not diagnose medical conditions, skin disorders, mental health conditions, or any other professional category requiring licensed advice.
Recommendations, previews, and analysis results are generated by software systems and may be incomplete, subjective, or imperfect. They should be treated as guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.
Unless otherwise stated, the FaceScanAI product design, branding, interface concepts, and related materials are owned by Virtus Opus. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or republish the product without permission.
Because FaceScanAI may be presented as a live product, private demo, or portfolio showcase depending on distribution status, features and availability may change at any time without notice.
The product may rely on third-party hosting, analytics, AI, storage, or app distribution providers. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Virtus Opus and FaceScanAI are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the product, including dissatisfaction with recommendations or decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user is misusing the product, violating these Terms, or creating legal or security risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
