FaceScanAI processes face images and selfies that you intentionally upload or capture for analysis.
We also process derived outputs generated from those images, such as face analysis results, appearance-related scores, grooming and style recommendations, hairstyle or beard suggestions, skincare guidance, glow-up guidance, and preview outputs.
FaceScanAI does not use face data to identify who you are, does not perform face recognition, and does not create or store biometric templates for identity verification.

Face images and related inputs may be shared with our AI processing provider, Replicate, in order to generate analysis results and preview outputs.
Subscription and entitlement information may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat for purchase validation and subscription management. Face data is not shared with RevenueCat for subscription management purposes.
We do not sell face data or personal information.
Face images and scan results may be stored locally on the user's device until the user deletes a scan, clears app data, or deletes the app.
When face data is sent to Replicate through the API for analysis or preview generation, prediction input/output data is retained by Replicate for approximately 1 hour by default and then automatically removed, unless retained longer by Replicate under its own documented policies or legal obligations.
Generated outputs and subscription-related records may be retained longer where necessary to provide app functionality, maintain entitlements, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
FaceScanAI is intended for personal grooming, style, skincare, and self-improvement guidance only. It does not provide medical, dermatological, or diagnostic advice.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No digital system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
FaceScanAI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Depending on the service providers involved, information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States.
